This professional, high quality mat is approximately 100 cm x 100 cm x 1 cm thick. It is suitable for all sports where good posture is important. As a martial arts mat, it is therefore particularly popular in boxing. Outside of martial arts, it is also used as an exercise mat for fitness and aerobics.
