About Us – A Passion for Martial Arts
Our Story
4Fighter was founded on the belief that good martial arts equipment should be functional, reliable and affordable.
Our roots go back to 1993, when founder Damian Knapik began practising martial arts. His experience in kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai and Taekwondo, complemented by some experience in MMA, forms the sporting foundation of 4Fighter. His work as a coach and running his own martial arts school also helped shape his understanding of what equipment needs to deliver in everyday training.
This passion led to the launch of the 4Fighter online shop in 2006. Our own brand was registered in Germany in 2008, followed by EU-wide trademark protection in 2012. That same year, 4Fighter was approved by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) as a vocational training company.
Today, from our base in Möglingen, Germany, we offer our own brand alongside selected established brands for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA. Our range includes boxing gloves, protective equipment, martial arts clothing and custom-made products.
We also support clubs and martial arts schools in equipping their training facilities – from mats and training accessories to boxing rings, MMA cages and fully equipped martial arts facilities.
Our commitment has remained the same since the beginning: hands-on experience, quality equipment and fair prices.
